First piece confirmation: The first piece of each batch is confirmed for size, assembly effect, and function by the quality inspector, and signed for release.
Process inspection: Every 30-60 minutes or every 50 pieces, check key parameters (torque, dispensing amount, pressing force).
Complete inspection: Small batches can be 100% manually inspected. If any defects are found, they will be repaired or removed, and recorded and archived.
Traceability: Paper or simple electronic batch records (operator, date, inspection results).
